On the occasion of the „International Bat Night“, the Public Institution for Protected Area Management of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, together with the Museums and Galleries of Konavle, organized an educational and entertaining family program for all ages in Čilipi. The versatile employees of Geonatura, Maja Maslać Mikulec and Dino Grozić, held a lecture and workshop as part of this event, in order to make world of bats and biospeleology more approachable to the interested public. The visitors were especially appealed by the demonstration of speleological equipment and the use of an ultrasonic detector, used for bat listening, all essential equipment for bat research.
